Speaking, being silent, moving, and being still: At any time, any place, and in any circumstance, one's mind should not be disturbed. One should not be too particular about circumstances in meditation practice. Everyday-mind is Buddha. Meditation practice and becoming a Buddha are nothing special. Cf.
