차별과 대립이 없는 절대평등을 말하며, 하나의 모습으로 진여 (眞如)의 상( 相)을 말함. 그런가 하면 일체는 다만 하나의 물질적인 이 (理)에서 생긴다는 견해를 말하기도 함
