진여삼매 (眞如三昧), 일행삼매 (一行三昧), 또는 일상장엄삼매 (一相莊嚴三昧)라고도 말함. 그러나 이들과 굳이 차별한다면, 일상삼매란, 비유적으로 말해 마치 고양이가 쥐를 노리듯, 정신을 집중하여 전 우주의 온갖 물심 (物心)의 현상은 평등하고 한 모양인 줄을 관하는 삼매( 三昧)

Samadhi of specific object or form: An insight of seeing all the phenomena in the universe, internal and external, as equal and one with intent concentration of mind just like a cat catching a mouse.
