오정심관
[五停心觀, Ojeongsimgwan]

오도관문 (五度觀門), 오관 (五觀), 오념 (五念)이라고도 말함. 마음의 다섯 가지 허물을 정지시키는 다섯 가지 관법 (觀法)) 1) 부정관 (不淨觀). 2) 자비관( 慈悲觀). 3) 인연관 (因緣觀). 4) 계분별관 (界分別觀). 5) 수식관 (數息觀).
Five types of mindfulness or insight to regulate five types of infirmity: 1) Insight into impurity of body. 2) Insight of loving kindness. 3) Insight of causal conditions. 4) Insight of distinguishing the three spheres, the world of desire, form, and formlessness. 5) Insight of contemplating the counting of breath.
