Accord with conditions: The causal or sequential conditions just like a rising wave when it encounters the wind. Antithesis to constancy, immutable, and everlasting. However, one should keep in mind that true-suchness has compatibility of constancy and mutability. True-suchness is, of course, immutable and everlasting, but when it meets conditions, it accommodates the conditions to transform them into enlightenment by means of artful expediency. A good example is Buddha's transformation of sentient beings according to their spiritual capabilities or faculties.
