세복 (世福), 계복 (戒福,) 행복 (行福)을 말하며, 또 이들을 세선 (世善), 계선 (戒善), 행선 (行善)이라고도 말함)
1) 세복 (世福) (세상의 윤리도덕인 충효인 (忠孝仁) 등을 지킴으로써 하늘의 기쁨을 누리는 것)
2) 계복 (戒福) (삼귀오계 (三歸五戒)와 구족계 (具足戒)를 지니는 것)
3) 행복 (行福) (대승관( 大乘觀)에서 가르친 행법 (行法)을 지키며, 도심 (道心)을 일으켜 인과의 도리를 믿으며, 대승경전을 읽어서 그 뜻을 이해하고, 다시 남에게도 권하는 데에서 얻는 복)

The three kinds of fortune, felicity or blessedness:
1) The worldly felicity such as devotion to one's parents, respectfully serving one's teachers, and performing good deeds to others.
2) The felicity of observing the moral rules or the precepts such as three reliances (reliance on the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha), the five basic precepts, and the full precepts.
3) The felicity of following the teachings of Buddha, believing in the law of cause and effect, and then leading the people to the law of the Buddha.
