성문 (聲聞)이나 보살 (菩薩)이 수행하는 과정의 세 단계
1) 견도 (見道) (온갖 지적 (知的) 미혹에서 벗어나 사제 (四諦)를 관찰하는 단계)
2) 수도 (修道) (온갖 정 (情)과 의 (意)적 번뇌와 속박에서 벗어나려는 수행의 무분별지 (無分別智) 단계)
3) 무학도 (無學道) (수행을 완성하여 더 이상 배울 것이 없는 단계)

The three paths or stages of Shravakayana, or the Sound- hearer and Bodhisattva to attain enlightenment:
1) Insight into the truth: The first stage of right perception to be free from all kinds of illusion.
2) Cultivation of the right path: The second stage of cultivation of non-discrimination to be free from the entanglements of affection and conception.
3) Consummation of cultivation: The third and final stage of Asaiksa or no-more-learning, or complete enlightenment.
