근본번뇌를 여의지 않은 상대적 선 (善) 또는 세간 (世間)적인 선업 (善業). 쉽게 이야기 해, 지금 행위는 선이지만, 마음 밑바닥에 있는 근본번뇌가 없어지지 않은 한 어느 순간 번뇌가 다시 일어나는 것과 같다
