무루유위 (無漏有爲)라고도 말함. 생멸하는 유위법으로서의 무루 (無漏). 사제 (四諦) 중, 고제 (苦諦)와 집제 (集諦)는 유위유루 (有爲有漏,) 멸제 (滅諦)는 무위무루( 無爲無漏.) 도제 (道諦)만은 유위무루법 (有爲無漏法)이니, 유위법을 수행한 만큼 무루법 (無漏法)을 성취하기 때문이다

The conditioned and non-conditioned: The non-conditioned that is conditioned in the process of birth and destruction at the same time. Of the Four Noble Truths, the first two, the truth of suffering and the truth of the origin of suffering, or clinging, are both the conditioned and defiled while the truth of cessation is non-conditioned and undefiled.
On the other hand, the truth of the path, the last of the Four Noble Truths, is classified as the conditioned and non-conditioned, because one may attain the law of non-conditioned as much as the achievement of non-conditioned by cultivation.
